Vegetable fat powders are manufactured on a dairy or glucose base. They come in the form of a free-flowing powder. They offer particular benefits in terms of ease of measurement and the possibility to incorporate it into powdered premix. The most common applications are the manufacturing of ice cream, hot sauces, dehydrated soups and bakery premixes. These powders have good conservation characteristics, and do not require refrigeration.
Fatfilled milk powders are manufactured by replacing the milk fat with vegetable fat. FFM contain only milk protein and FFW contain only whey protein. But Castle Dairy® also has the possibility, as per your request, to produce fat filled powder with milk and whey protein.
Fat Filled Milk 50% Coco is a free flowing spray dried powder. It is produced from fresh skimmed milk and refined vegetable fat. This product can be used as a replacer for whole milk powder.
Fat powder 80% Palm is a free flowing creamy-white, spray dried powder containing 80% fully refined palm oil certified sustainable according RSPO SG, glucose syrup, milk proteins and free flowing agent (no stabilizer).
